We used Linior for a large second fix project during a Barn Conversion we undertook close to Dorking. Linior were responsible for the following:
- All decorating - including the main Barn which has ceilings up to 8 metres high
- Hand cleaning all exposed timbers
- Fitting three wet room bathrooms, a cloakroom and all associated tiling and plumbing work
- All internal carpentry (doors, frames and over 200m of skirting)
- Installing a new electrical Consumer Unit for a 3 phase supply
- Fitting over 100 light fittings, plus all sockets and switches
- Installaing a hand made Oak Kitchen, plus plumbing & electrical work for all kitchen applicances.
Linior started on time and finished on time, kept in regular contact about progress and always discussed in advance any changes or variations where they were required or recommended and left the site tidy once they had finished. I would happily recommend Linior and will use them again if I have further building work to undertake."
