Linior Ltd have been working on four projects in our house since 17th January 2011. The largest was the conversion of a garage for use as a kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and dining room, integrating it as a fully insulated part of the house.
The work has required masons, electricians, plumbers, joiners, tilers and decorators. Throughout all the projects, the team has worked to a very high standard to produce excellent results. Their attention to detail and cleanliness has been exemplary. We have been shown the greatest courtesy and consideration.
The standard of supervision and accounting has been excellent. Accounts have been presented weekly and relate precisely to the accepted quotation.
